We unfortunately cannot accept returns for any unwanted personalised items.

The details on my order are inaccurate when it arrived

As with the nature of personalised products and freshly baked goods, CardandCake.co.uk will not refund or re-send out a replacement if you have made an error when ordering and/or have entered incorrect details once an order has been dispatched.

We take no responsibility if you misspell the personalisation, delivery address, or any other order details on your order. As this is a personalised product, returns/refunds/replacements will not be accepted once dispatched unless there is an error caused by CardandCake.co.uk
