I have made an error when ordering, how do I request a change?
Simply contact us using 1 of the above methods and if your order has not already been dispatched we will make the change for you. Remember to include your order number when contacting us.
How much is delivery?
Free – Card&Cakes are sent using Royal Mail 24 which in 99% of cases will arrive the next day. Although delays are extremely rare, we recommend choosing a day before your occasion as a precaution.
Will it fit through their letter box?
Our packages are designed to fit most letterboxes; however, if the courier chooses not to place the package in the letterbox, this is beyond our control.
How fresh are your cakes?
All of our cakes are baked fresh each morning and dispatched the same day. All of our cakes will stay fresh to 7 days.
How long is the shelf life of your cakes?
7 days. We bake and dispatch your order on the same day.
How long does it take for my Cake & Card to be delivered?
Card&Cakes are sent using Royal Mail 24 which in 99% of cases will arrive the next day.
You can select a “Target date” when ordering, meaning you can order today and request it to be dispatched at a later date. Although delays are extremely rare, we recommend choosing a day before your occasion as a precaution.
Will the packaging be discreet when it arrives to keep my loved one guessing?
Discreet but exciting packaging: Your Card&Cake will arrive in a vibrate light and exciting pink packging with a message saying “Open on special day”. Meaning the packaging will not have the Card&Cake logo, it will not say it is a Card&Cake, it will be a complete mystery to your recipient other than saying “Open on day special day”. Building up exciting to your recipients special day.
Can I order my Cake & Card now and arrange for it to be dispatched at a later date?
Yes! You can request a “Target Date” up to 4 weeks in the future.
Although delays are extremely rare, we recommend choosing a day before your occasion as a precaution.
